Smith Street Magnolia Hall

Looks Like Then, Feels Like Now

For Karrie Seaton of Smith Street Interiors, this Magnolia Hall home in Franklin was more than a beautiful project—it was the first major project she wanted to showcase as she launched her new business. Set within the luxury Magnolia Hall development, the Tudor-inspired home blends historic character with an unmistakably elevated, modern sensibility. Rich wallpapers, historic-inspired paint colors, intricate trimwork, custom tile, and layer upon layer of architectural detail make every room feel deeply considered. Our goal was to create interior photography that captured the craftsmanship and individuality of the home—and gave Karrie the portfolio she needed to introduce Smith Street Interiors to the world.
